This one-day workshop demystifies D&I and equips managers with the knowledge and information they need to confidently and considerately manage diversity and inclusion in your workplace.

Implicit bias – understand what implicit bias is, and how it impacts our decisions, performance and behaviours. Explore the evidence for reducing and managing bias
