Training & Development:

Strengthscope ®

Strengthscope® is one of the world’s leading assessment tool that provides a comprehensive measure of an individual’s strengths at work.

The Strengthscope® tool is being used by a wide range of major organsisations including Abbey, American Express, Ealing Council, ING Direct, Legal and General, Tesco, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Volkswagen.

First Friday use Strengthscope® to help individuals understand:

  • Their stand-out strengths
  • The unintended consequences that may arise when strengths go into overdrive
  • The extent to which they are able to productively apply their strengths at work
  • How visible their strengths are to others

The Strengthscope® feedback report provides a comprehensive account of the strengths, along with ideas as to how to put these strengths to better use at work.  The feedback report forms a basis for a strengths-focused feedback session to provide the respondent with the best chance of achieving their personal best at work.

Strengthscope 360 ™

Strengthscope360  is the extended profiler in the Strengthscope ™ product suite, incorporating co-worker and stakeholder feedback.  A unique feature of this assessment is a multi-rater feature which enables up to eight co-workers or external stakeholders to provide 360 degrees feedback on the extent to which they see the individual using their strengths at work.  It also asks how often they would like to see the individual using their strengths at work; more of the time, less of the time or the same amount.

The feedback report forms a basis for a strengths-focused feedback session to provide the respondent with the best chance of achieving their personal best at work.

StrengthscopeTeam ™

StrengthscopeTeam ™ is a powerful tool within the Strengthscope product suite, which sets a whole new standard in team profiles by helping to build high energy, productive and agile teams.

It helps the team leader and team understand, not only the strengths each team member brings to the team, but also how productively the team applies well-researched team habits and is able to translate these strengths into results.

The profile provides the team with high quality input on:

  • Clear stengths of the team
  • Performance risk factors, including weaker areas and overdone strengths
  • “Productive team habits” identifying 20 core behaviours which show a team’s progress towards peak performance
  • Target areas for skill building for the team
  • Clear guidance on developing a “Peak performing team”

Some of the benefits reported by those using the profiler for team development programmes include:

  • Improved team communication, problem-solving and focus on results
  • Heightened appreciation of individual differences
  • Enhanced accountability for delivering team goals
  • Improved ability to identify and reduce performance risks
