Introducing Change Management Methodology to a Large Retailer

A large UK retailer required support to introduce a business change, communication and training methodology to land change efficiently and effectively within their commercial teams.

First Friday were engaged to develop a business change methodology and templates to suit 3 different project timelines. These templates covered everything from stakeholder assessment and analysis, business impact and gap analysis, to business readiness assessment.

Introducing Change Management Methodology to a Large Retailer

A large UK retailer required support to introduce a business change, communication and training methodology to land change efficiently and effectively within their commercial teams.

First Friday were engaged to develop a business change methodology and templates to suit 3 different project timelines. These templates covered everything from stakeholder assessment and analysis, business impact and gap analysis, to business readiness assessment.

Communication templates were also developed, putting particular focus onto designing training solutions for each of the business change management timelines.

This business change methodology was also used to support the introduction of a capacity plan which allowed the amount of change expected to be planned and prioritised against true business need.

First Friday then used each of these methodologies to land projects into commercial over an 18 month period.
