This client was undertaking a systems transformation programme that involved the implementation of new ERP systems from Oracle
The programme encompasses a phased rollout across all sections of the business and covering all the countries they trade in.
First Friday were engaged to support the client with the design and development of all training materials for the change programme.
We had one senior retail consultant on-site responsible for planning, project management, QA, research for the training and liason with the training developers in the UK. We developed training courses and associated material for the buying, Merchandise Planning, Supply Chain and Retail Financial teams. The training was delivered by a mixed team of First Friday and client trainers.
