This retailer had a weak and inconsistent design to delivery process covering buying for both in house and external brands.
First Friday were engaged to define a design to delivery process which would provide consistency and best practice for this growing business.
We reviewed the existing way of working for all job roles and identified gaps, inconsistencies and pinch points. We then determined the new improved processes, and provided some best practice tools to assist the teams.
