Viv joined First Friday in 2022 as a Senior Transformation and Business Change consultant following a career in merchandising, supply chain, and business change & transformation.
She has led teams at director level in fashion, general merchandise, and food & beverage and delivered business objectives in department store, omnichannel and supermarket sectors.
Throughout her career, Viv has been involved in large transformation projects and programmes from visioning and strategising with C-suites, defining and executing target operating models as well as working with business and technology teams to design and deliver systems, digital and data transformation programmes. She focuses on ensuring people, process and systems change supports businesses to achieve their strategies and business benefits are realised.
Viv is APMG accredited in Change and has a passion for people, mentoring junior colleagues in transformation and championing mental health awareness. She is actively involved with her peers in transformation and retail and regularly attends Women in Transformation events.
Outside work, Viv enjoys walking with her spaniel, HIIT and socialising over food and drinks.
