Victoria joined First Friday in 2013, following a long career in merchandising, where she delivered growth and profit for blue-chip retailers.
Having run a range of successful transformation programmes across multiple regions – bringing together the various streams to deliver benefits in the short, medium and long term – Victoria has seen many different approaches and results, allowing her to develop a methodology that puts the business team at the heart of decisions, and a strong track record of supporting and guiding businesses through the component parts of change.
Highly-organised and logical in her approach, Victoria is passionate about building the client’s capability, bringing stakeholders on the journey and innovating to find solutions.
Outside of work, Victoria is an animal lover occasionally fostering kittens until they find a new home.
