Sarah is a retail consultant, buying & merchandising expert and board advisor.

She draws on her broad retail experience with leading retailers such as John Lewis and Tesco, as well as Commercial Director roles at a PE-backed merger of two fashion groups and a US-owned speciality jewellery retailer.

Sarah’s DNA is in buying & merchandising and she has managed diverse product categories from fashion to homewares and technology. Internationally, she has experience of markets and supply chains in North America and Europe, with three years based in Paris, and has sourced globally.

Digitally savvy, she has been instrumental in adapting organisational structures and processes to react to rapid online growth.

Passionate about adding value to people and businesses, Sarah enjoys coaching and mentoring and working cross-functionally to solve complex challenges and deliver transformation and growth. Her skill set is in strategic thinking and turning strategy into deliverable plans, optimising cash and profitability and leading commercial change projects to improve process and efficiency.

A history graduate from Cambridge, Sarah completed the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, and outside work, she enjoys travel and the arts.
