Sarah is a commercial and results-driven consultant with a solid background in buying, merchandising and trading.
She has operated at board level for many years and has a proven track record leading omnichannel and international business strategies in a variety of retail organisations, from fast-paced, creative and innovative £100m+ true digital to corporate blue-chip companies.
Sarah is a fast thinker who brings positivity, energy, leadership, and the ability to make sustainable change happen quickly in any commercial environment. She can quickly identify problems and create processes, tools and effective teams to fix them.
Before joining First Friday as an associate in 2021, Sarah held Commercial Director roles in a number of organisations such as Pep & Co, Wiggle and Style Group, and had responsibility for trading sales channels and brands in the UK and internationally. She has also held Category Management and Head of Merchandising roles in Tesco, and was a Head of Buying & Merchandising for George at Asda.
Sarah’s downtime is mostly spent with her grown-up kids, at the gym and walking her dog in the countryside.
