Sally McGowan
Merchandising, Transformation and Training Consultant
Sally is a highly experienced merchandising consultant and has worked on many large-scale retail transformation programmes since joining First Friday as an associate in 2012.
She has a truly global client base and experience of working in many complex organisations across wholesale, retail and franchise divisions in the UK, USA, EMEA, Eastern European markets and Africa. Her role often involves supporting clients through process reviews, strategic planning and training, and she particularly enjoys the challenge of working with teams across various locations, bringing them together to work cohesively.
Prior to consulting, Sally held senior roles in Arcadia and George, and as Head of Merchandising at TU clothing and Peacocks stores.
Sally speaks fluent French and loves to visit France with her family when she’s not working.
