Pip is a transformation and business change consultant with 20 years’ experience at a senior level in merchandising, supply chain and business change and transformation. He has advised on retail transformation programmes with experience in allocation and replenishment, purchase order, performance reporting, and master data management.
Pip joined First Friday in 2022 following a career in fashion merchandising, where he delivered strategic business planning of 300 own-buy retail stores, generating over £500M annual turnover. Recently he has been involved in A&R system implementation, operating models in the general merchandise sector and an ERP system implementation within the food industry. He is PROSCI change certified.
