Natalie Bartz
Training Consultant
Natalie is an experienced retail consultant with over 20 years’ experience working in apparel and fashion for multi-brand global retailers.
Since joining First Friday as an associate in 2021 she has worked on a complex, multi-year global transformation programme for a major fast fashion retailer and has delivered training and development across Europe and North America.
She previously held senior retail store and cluster manager roles for the Arcadia Group and supported them in their expansion into new territories, particularly Australia. She also spent several years working for House of Fraser where she was responsible for a £35m store turnover.
Natalie is a certified Agile project manager with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a foundation degree focused on Social Media.
In her free time, she enjoys travel, fashion and the arts.
