Miles Leach
Training Consultant
Miles has been a Consultant with First Friday since 2021, having previously had a long career in systems training and learning & development for Arcadia.
His retail career began at River Island as an Allocator, before progressing to Junior Merchandiser and moving to White Stuff, where he worked for two years. In 2009 Miles took a year out to live and work in Singapore before resuming his retail career with Arcadia where he worked for many years as a systems trainer and project training lead.
Since joining the First Friday team, Miles has been involved in developing and delivering classroom training and eLearning for a diverse set of clients in a number of industries. He particularly enjoys instructional design and has worked in partnership with an industry-leading ED&I expert to develop a comprehensive suite of courses for the First Friday Academy.
Away from work, Miles is a keen cyclist and last year spent a week cycling across Belgium!
