Louise is a highly experienced training consultant and has worked on many varied programmes since joining the First Friday team in 2003. She has a wide range of experience in the retail industry and people development, including several years working in retail for major UK high-street brands in allocation & replenishment, merchandising and stores.
A skilled trainer with over 20 years’ experience, Louise is an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail. She enjoys supporting delegates through the learning process. Feedback from training delegates frequently refers to her patient, friendly training delivery.
Louise’s skills extend beyond the classroom; she known in the First Friday team as a go-to person for developing creative blended and digital training programmes that incorporate video, eLearning and digital solutions. One of our eLearning experts, she has advanced skills in eLearning development using industry leading tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline as well as experience in quickly adapting to client-specific authoring tools.
Committed to her own professional development, she holds a certificate in training practice with the CIPD, and enjoys investigating new how new solutions can enhance the learning experience for her clients. In her free time, Louise enjoys the arts and getting out into the countryside with friends and family.
