Lorna Corbyn

Lorna joined First Friday in 2011 as a Senior Transformation & Business Change Consultant and has over 25 years of retail experience delivering process improvement and step change across challenging environments.

Lorna’s retail career began at the Arcadia Group, followed by roles at the Disney Store and then Tesco where she held the role of Head of Merchandising before moving into the International/Asia team as a Change Management and Project Lead working in Thailand, Malaysia and Korea. Her role widened as she led the change management, process development, systems implementation and training of merchandise planning projects to support the growth of both non-food and food across Tesco’s international markets.

Having worked in many diverse cultures and organisations, Lorna has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and has extensive experience in project management, working cross-functionally with commercial, supply chain, IT and store teams, with a particular emphasis on strategic transformation programmes.

Outside work, Lorna loves walking her dogs by the beach and keeps fit through hiking and yoga.
