Liz is a merchandising consultant with over 20 years’ experience of working at various levels of merchandising within all sizes of retailers ranging from Tesco to Hamleys to Monsoon to independent clothing brands. Throughout her career, she has led teams to transition their ways of working, bringing merchandising teams to the fore, ensuring that commercial awareness is fully developed.
As a consultant, Liz has implemented merchandising into businesses, setting up the people, processes and systems required for success. She is passionate about managing stock, ensuring that the lifecycle of a product is completed whilst protecting margin and working cross-functionally to engage and develop all teams in this discipline and the benefits that this delivers.
Liz joined the First Friday team in 2022.
