Lara started working with First Friday in 2015 and is a results-driven, experienced professional with a broad commercial skill set spanning commercial buying, capability, strategy implementation, people development and project management.
Prior to joining First Friday, Lara had a long career with Tesco where she held several senior roles in buying before moving into business change and training. Her final role was as Operations Development Manager where she was tasked with developing business improvement solutions to support the rapid growth of Tesco Direct.
An accomplished Training and Project Manager, Lara has strong communication skills and the ability to land complex cross-functional projects. Lean Six Sigma certified, she particularly enjoys stakeholder engagement and supporting clients and their teams through business change.
Lara enjoys health and fitness, and is up at 5am running most mornings!
