Training Consultant
Jack specialises in managing, creating, and delivering training programmes for buyers, merchandisers and commercial teams. A confident trainer, she has an enormous amount of enthusiasm, passion and energy and uses a variety of modalities to bring subjects to life. Her delegates are always engaged and motivated and she consistently receives great client feedback.
She began her career at the Arcadia Group and held junior merchandising positions within Top Shop and Evans before moving to BHS. This is where she spent the bulk of her career, progressing to divisional replenishment manager for childrenswear and ultimately divisional trading manager.
Since joining First Friday in 2004, Jack has delivered and managed numerous multi-layered, complex training programmes for several leading retailers. She has also delivered training to software and process support organisations such as Oracle and Cognizant, to help them understand how retailers operate.
Outside work, Jack enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
