Carolyn began her career in retail merchandising and category management across home, food and GM before moving into a change role and is now an accomplished business change manager specialising in business transformation. In addition to her retail experience, she has worked in several other sectors including public, travel, media and construction, and with multiple FTSE 100 companies, including Tesco, easyJet and AVEVA.
A qualified APMG Change Management Practitioner, Agile Change Agent and Prince 2 Practitioner, Carolyn thrives in continuously changing environments and makes a difference immediately. She is an invaluable resource in creating a bridge and translation between business and IT.
