Anthony is an expert in buying, merchandising and e-commerce operations, and has a high level of knowledge of best practices and processes, such as workforce planning and speed to market.
An accomplished change and transformation consultant and a lateral thinker, with over 25 years’ experience in the retail industry, he enjoys using creative solutions to solve complex problems and effect behavioral change to ensure Transformation initiatives are embedded successfully in organisations. He has a high level of knowledge of best practices and processes and his mission is to lead transformation and process change, from design to business as usual, to support and develop teams to achieve their potential
Anthony holds an APM change certification and has worked with a range of change methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and Scrum. He is also Prince 2 certified.
When Anthony isn’t working, he enjoys football and running, including completing the Rob Burrows Leeds Marathon and spending time with his family.
