The Range Building Challenge, The Trading Challenge and The Profit Challenge are our series of three highly competitive learning experiences that put commercial skills to the test. The ultimate aim of each challenge is to prove that great teamwork is critical to delivering retail targets and ultimately profit...

The Range Building Challenge is a fast-paced, two day, team-building experience with the focus on creating a product range that meets customer expectations, exceeds business goals and delivers profit.

In the one day Trading Challenge teams are tasked with trading a product category to optimize performance in season and secure profit through a series of complex and varied trading scenarios.

The Profit Challenge is a full day, packed with competitive team exercises designed to improve profit-related decision-making within a pressured retail environment.

The Delegates:

These sessions are suitable for all members of the Commercial team (Buyers, Merchandisers and Category Managers of all levels).  Where appropriate, members of supporting functions will benefit in attending, for example: Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, Visual Merchandising, Design, and Technology.

The Detail:

Each business challenge caters for between 9 and 16 delegates and can be booked on its own, or as series of two or three sessions, which complement each other.
