The client were replacing its legacy Merchandise Management system, improving data accuracy and system functionality whilst enhancing the efficiency of their supply chain.
These changes would have a big impact upon the day-to-day ways of working for the Commercial teams. First Friday designed and developed comprehensive, bespoke, job-focused learning paths for each job role.
A wide variety of learning methods were used including eLearning, video, online reference guides, face-to-face courses, coaching and practice events.
This was a large scale change programme over a number of years with a four month go-live window at the end where 700 people were trained and 237 courses delivered. Assessment of the competence and confidence of each team member was built into the programme to ensure go-live readiness.
First Friday’s role was universally well received and was rated as “excellent” as measured by the Net Promoter Score (NPS) metric.
