Emma has worked in fashion buying and merchandising for 16 years, most recently as Head of Buying at asos.com, where she was a member of the Executive Board.  In her 5 years at asos.com she was instrumental in building their branded offer and in launching their menswear own-label fashion.

Prior to that Emma worked at Woolworths and at Debenhams.
