Within an operational and learning & development retail career spanning over fifteen years, Corrina enjoyed progressive roles within stores, operations communications, project management, district management and latterly head of learning & development.

In this role she re-launched a flagging Elearning programme which became profit making, developed a highly successful management induction and skills development programme and delivered many more learning & development interventions which supported very profitable growth and engaged and satisfied employees.   

As an associate at First Friday, Corrina has managed projects for major national and international retailers, developing and delivering management skills training courses and mentoring internal project managers to support client workshops in project areas.  She focuses on practical applications, keeping it simple, and making sure that the client’s ideals can be bought to life through her involvement.
