Debra started her career in store management for Burton Menswear. She then managed various store systems projects including new audit packages and 3rd line EPoS support for stores before moving into a training role, ultimately heading up the Retail Systems Training team for the Arcadia Group. This gave Debra unparalleled experience in running large scale retail training projects over a 2,500 store portfolio including international stores.  

Since joining First Friday, Debra has worked as an associate on many retail projects from store systems projects to sales training projects, etc. She enjoys working with diverse retail clients, managing successful teams and developing effective training strategies and solutions.
