Retail’s in our blood.  Not only are we all ex-in house retail people but we work on a daily basis with the crème de la crème of the retail world.

Jules has an extensive background in Organisational Development, Learning and Development, Professional Training and Coaching gained through various roles in the retail industry e.g. Area Manager, Learning and Development Manager and since 2005 as a successful consultant.

She is able to add value and share the experiences gained through working with different types of companies, both in the UK and abroad, across many industries including logistics, travel, housing, retail, manufacturing, hotel and leisure, NHS, civil service, financial services, and education.

Jules’ associate role at First Friday typically involves designing and delivering sales adviser and management training programmes such as customer service, selling, coaching, managing performance and time management, and writing training support materials such as induction packs.
