Deborah has many years experience in a variety of project and operational management roles for a FTSE 100 UK retailer.  She managed internal communications for a multi-million pound retail EPOS programme before switching sectors to manage communications for public sector change projects, including the launch of Westminster City Council’s wireless network.

At First Friday, Deborah works as an associate and helps the clients shape and deliver information to ensure business changes – from new systems to structural change - are communicated in the most effective and timely way.
