Jane had over 8 years working in the media industry before moving into brand communications, as Publisher for Johansens Guide to Hotels, North America and Caribbean, and as Advertising Strategist for Mirror Group Newspapers, specialising in retail clients.

She then began working as a brand experience consultant specialising in developing customer experiences, such as Creating and training bespoke sales approaches and customer experience, and engagement communications. Her clients included Waitrose, Tesco, Habitat, B&Q, BBC, Learning and Skills council.

She now works across all requirements of a communications project as an associate at First Friday, specialising in Strategy, Innovation, Engagement (both internal and external) and Delivery. Jane’s real belief is that her job is to make her client look fabulous, and she enjoys working at all levels of the business to devise great ways to get this message across.
