Sally has a over 18 years experience in Merchandising working for both the high street – Top Shop, Debenhams and Next – and higher end retailers – Harvey Nichols and Blazer. She also held the role of Head of Merchandising at Arcadia.

At First Friday Sally works as an associate, planning, developing and delivering training to all levels of Head office staff, her specialities being systems courses and change management. All of this work offers her new challenges which she thrives on.
