Before working for First Friday, Rhonda spent 12 Years working at the Arcadia Group where her main role was to manage the Merchandising teams of Dorothy Perkins, creating strategies to increase profit and working cross-functionally to ensure delivery.

As an associate at First Friday, Rhonda works to gain an understanding of the clients needs from change management right through to training and delivery.

Rhonda loves knowing that every day will be different with new challenges along the way.
