Graham has a development career spanning over fifteen years in a multitude of disciplines (sales, service, creativity, recruitment, succession planning, coaching and all aspects of management and leadership) and a variety of environments (retail financial services, call centre and business improvement & training organisations.

He now works as an associate with First Friday running engaging Managing Projects programmes, supporting client conference sessions and helping embed new induction processes

Graham’s motivations in work are helping people to have ‘lightbulb’ moments, engaging people of all ages to help them make real, sustainable differences in their lives and coaching people to reach their potential.
