Before working for First Friday Wendy worked at Debenhams as a Senior Merchandiser then moved to Elle where she was Head of Merchandising.

As an associate, she now works with retailers to help them improve performance and implement change, through stakeholder management, communications, and training, including developing and delivering training programmes.

This involves helping to make the change transition as smooth as possible for people – and seeing the results of it.
