Originally from South Africa, Tracey worked as a Senior Merchandiser across a variety of departments and companies, specialising in strategy and assortment planning on problem areas. She specialised in documenting planning processes, development and management of assortment planning tools and implementation of new systems.

Tracey now works at First Friday developing skills of Buyers and Merchandisers in the head office environment, and developing and delivering profit focused, inspirational training, be it knowledge or systems training.

She loves the challenge of developing skills of Buyers and Merchandisers in different retail sectors and in supporting change in a retailer to maximise opportunities.
