After working in store management, Tony headed up Training & Development at both Somerfield and in Arcadia. In these roles he delivered training, development and communication solutions and was involved in large scale change programmes. Tony was also involved in introducing new brands, creating and delivering management development programmes and rolling out internal communications processes.

Tony now works primarily in business development, but also works with clients developing strategies and solutions. He really enjoys working with a variety of retailers and their teams, tackling diverse issues.
