Sue has an extensive background in merchandising and held senior merchandising roles with several of the Arcadia Brands.

Sue now project manages for First Friday; working with the clients to implement training solutions whilst supporting training consultants on the team.

She also develops and delivers training solutions across all areas of HO retailing and her particular speciality is in merchandise planning.
