Sarah began her career at Arcadia Group where she held various merchandising roles before becoming Senior Branch Planning Manager, specialising in space planning, branch strategies and training and development of store staff.  This was followed by the role of Merchandise Manager for several retailers.

Her current projects as an associate at First Friday primarily cover change management. This involves supporting people to understand business and people impacts, and helping them to implement those changes and helping to build best practice processes that fit in the real world

Sarah sees her role primarily as putting in building blocks for the future, whether in supporting development of best practice systems and processes, or helping other people to develop their own skills and understanding
