Prior to starting up First Friday, Robin was the IT director of Arcadia Group where he was responsible for the development and rollout of commercial systems and processes across all the Arcadia brands.

Robin was increasingly dismayed to see how little specialist help there was for retailers in the fields of training, business change and communication. Retail businesses were spending too much time and money taking generic training courses and briefing outside consultants on how retail businesses work before they could start to add value. He decided to go it alone and offer experienced and specialist help that could add exponential value to retail businesses. It was the best decision he ever made!

Robin loves to see First Friday’s work benefit a huge variety of retailers and feels very privileged to run a unique company filled with some of the best talent in the business.
