With over 30 years experience in Retail, Nick’s roles have included Head of Retail Operations, Project Management and Implementation Management. He has managed the implementation of new store systems in multi-million pound programmes– including both hardware and software into over 1100 UK & Republic of Ireland stores. 

As an associate at First Friday specialising in EPOS projects managing training elements, Nick develops training strategies and creates achievable operational plans for numerous clients.

Nick is a highly motivated member of the team, working to overcome a client’s problems and produce winning results.
