Melanie worked for Arcadia for 16 years as a senior Merchandiser in Dorothy Perkins and as a training manager, overseeing a team of 10 trainers. Her team successfully implemented an end-to-end B&M systems across the brands.

At First Friday, Melanie develops and delivers concepts and systems training, specialising in planning systems. She also project manages a variety of projects.

Melanie loves watching delegates learn, and, seeing them leave the training room bursting to put their learning into practice.
