Louise has a range of experience in the retail industry and people development, including 5 years experience working in retail for major UK high street brands in stores, distribution and merchandising including Debenhams and Arcadia. Her final role at Arcadia was in the Training Team, working on business process and system change programmes where her responsibilities included design, development, delivery and evaluation of new starter, employee development and project implementation training.

Louise is now a skilled trainer at First Friday, with excellent communication skills and a reputation for a considered and empathetic approach. She specialises in projects involving stock distribution and in-store teams, covering system implementation, core skills training and competency development.

Louise believes the key moment in any training course is when it all clicks and a delegate says: “Oh I get it!”
