Before joining First Friday, Kathryn was a Senior Merchandiser in Arcadia, before taking up the role of Business Consultant within the IT team. There she liaised between B&M and IT to facilitate the development and implementation of Business Systems.

At First Friday Kathryn works with clients to review and refine business processes ahead of system implementation. She devises, develops and delivers training to up-skill B&M teams and equips them for change.

Kathryn enjoys the challenge of immersion in a variety of different businesses, finding out how they operate and evaluating how and where changes can made to make a positive difference.
