Jenny worked at Arcadia as a  CAD (computer aided design) manager, supporting and training design teams and running the design office. She also worked as a visual merchandiser – managing 12 stores’ visual presentation and display, managing standards, training and maximising sales.

Jenny now specialises in e-learning design; working closely with clients to build business process specific training for systems and related business skills.

She also works on Communications projects; creating communications and launch packages for business and systems change projects, including developing branding and identity, and creating launch materials such as teaser posters and newsletters.
