Jean attended London College of Fashion and then moved on to merchandising in Top Shop. She then worked at Arcadia where she became Training and Development Manager in B&M.

At First Friday, Jean specialises in developing Training Strategy, Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Project Management for business process and/or systems implementations. Jean is also a senior project manager and manages a number of key accounts for First Friday.
