Jack has an extensive background in merchandising and was a divisional Trading Manager at BHS, running the childrenswear division.

At First Friday Jack designs and develops training workshops with a specialism in Merchandising and Buying. She also project manages several accounts.

Jack loves inspiring and re-energising delegates so that their First Friday training makes them ready to take on the world. She finds it hugely rewarding to hear the feedback ‘excellent course, great facilitator’ and for clients to feel they’ve got fantastic value from First Friday projects.
