The majority of Fiona’s retail training experience was gained at the Arcadia Group where she designed, developed and delivered material for both the head office and retail stores population. This included induction and new starter training, employee development training and project & systems implementation training. She also holds a graduate CIPD membership.

At First Friday Fiona designs, develops and delivers training solutions for both Head Office departments and Stores.  

She enjoys gaining an insight into the different ways in which people learn, and from this understanding, Fiona creates training programmes to meets their exact needs.
