Clare has extensive experience in merchandising, culminating in her role at Mothercare where she was part of the senior team that led the turnaround of the brand.

At First Friday she develops and delivers training programmes which focus on enabling people in B&M roles to do their jobs more effectively. This may be commercial skills, induction programmes or systems training.  Clare is also a  senior project manager for First Friday, and runs entire projects ensuring they are delivered on schedule and on budget. She loves the variety that working for First Friday offers - every client and project is different – and she enjoys bringing her skills and experience to the many complex issues clients face.
