Clair worked for the Arcadia group, starting in distribution and merchandising followed by 5 years in IT training. She was involved in many new systems implementations across a diverse range of functional areas

At First Friday she specialises in developing e-learning material and training & developmental material that delivers real value to a training programme and which meet the needs of individual businesses.
