Amanda worked as a merchandiser at Principles for Women and as a Training Manager for Merchandising across Arcadia in both the Buying and Merchandising functions. 

At First Friday she specialises in managing business process & systems training materials, development and delivery, e-learning development and business change facilitation. Amanda also works as a project manager for smaller projects and helps develop business process and structure for First Friday. 

She enjoys working with new clients to ensure they operate more efficiently and effectively in an ever competitive market and gets a real  ‘buzz’ from seeing people understand what they need to do and how they need to do it.
