First Friday are experienced in developing and delivering train the trainer courses tailored to the needs of the individuals, the project and the business.

Bespoke courses are created to ensure that clients trainers are:

Alongside the training skills development process is the knowledge transfer. This is the opportunity for the clients trainers to become familiarised and confident with the training material and its delivery.

First Friday will offer support at every step of the way. Our consultants are skilled in reviewing trainer performance and offering feedback and coaching to ensure the trainers are able to deliver effectively.
